Methodology and uncertainty

  1. The route accepts only schema-major-1 H2 taxonomy and production catalogue data. Fixture-marked, mismatched or malformed data is rejected.
  2. You choose the rows. The tool does not infer what a property needs from its current band, and it does not read this property’s certificate.
  3. Source minimums and maximums are added separately. A side of the total is withheld if any selected row lacks that bound.
  4. No per-measure EPC points, savings, payback, grant, VAT treatment or site-specific scope is assumed.

Guidance can differ from a contractor’s quotation because access, condition, design and necessary enabling work are property specific.
