How to choose
- Match camera-head diameter, focal range, viewing angle and lighting to an existing opening and known viewing distance.
- Choose cable length and stiffness for a known route rather than pushing farther into an unknown cavity.
- Check image export, orientation, supported devices, ingress rating and cleaning instructions for the permitted use.
What it cannot establish
- A narrow field of view cannot establish material identity, structural condition or the absence of a hidden defect.
- Use a suitable professional if access involves a boiler, flue, fixed electrics, suspect asbestos, a drain, a chimney, an unsafe loft or work at height.
